We had designed electrical models for substations to deliver electricity to a newly proposed data center campus and developed a solar utilities infrastructure plan for an 1150-acre solar field location. The Caddlance team created base maps to aid Birch Infrastructure in the property acquisition process by creating a georeferenced base map of the area from shape files and property APNs. For development, marketing, acquisition, and due diligence objectives, the team also produced high-quality survey CAD drawings that were used to set out the industrial campus.
